You’ll learn how to integrate tools like breathwork, movement, meditation, cycle awareness, and nervous system regulation to create a practice that is uniquely yours—something you can return to and refine each day, in every season of your life.
What We’ll Explore:
Your current relationship with movement, rest, and ritual
Practices to support your nervous system + emotional well-being
How to sync your practice with your cycle or life phases
Identifying your energetic needs (grounding, clarity, softening, expansion)
Manifesting your desires through intention + somatic alignment
Designing your own go-to sequence, flow, or ritual
